Group Class Timetables

 We do our best to offer as many options throughout the week to accommodate your commitment to a group exercise routine. 

DRENCHED CLASS:
Drenched is a 45 minute, circuit based group training workout designed to challenge your strength and fitness across all facets of your body. Each class will focus on the whole body.


Drenched sessions will have you sweating, but they're also designed for all levels of fitness and experience in mind.



These classes are 45 minutes long and intentionally small to enable your trainer to provide support and monitor and correct your form for an optimum work out. 



SPIN CLASS:

Our Spin Classes are 45 minutes long, inclusive of a warm up and cool down.


Each class varies with a specific focus such as; Endurance, Strength, Sprint & Hill Climbs and, of course, our very fun Themed Spin classes each month.


A total of 9 bikes means the class is intimate but also full of energy and fun. Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your bike is set up for maximum comfort and output, especially if it's your first class.
