MEET SCOTT!

Scott started his fitness journey due to an early mid-life crisis!

What started as a dare between him and his husband to complete a 15km obstacle course, turned into a full life change.

 

Scott has been a personal trainer for over 5 years. He loves working with clients to help them feel their best and be more confident in their own skin.

 

He works hard to make sure the gym is supportive and encouraging, and a place you want to visit, If he’s not working with clients you’ll normally find him tinkering with the look or layout of the studio.

 

He’s a big believer in everything in moderation.



MEET JILL!

Jill hails from Yorkshire and is mum to two rambunctious children! She loves to do a variety of sports including running, weight training, swimming and snowboarding to keep physically and mentally fit. 


Jill loves a challenge - and a training schedule - and actively participates in endurance events such as ultramarathons. She is hoping to get into the UTMB next year; a real bucket list event!


Jill has a passion for training women who are looking to restart or begin their fitness journey, helping build their self confidence alongside their strength, fitness and personal goals. She believes we are all strong, capable women, but we sometimes need help to find ourselves and build those foundations. 


Jill has a passion for nutrition and understands that we all fall into poor eating habits. She is enthusiastic about educating women in how to improve these habits to make them feel more energised and vibrant. She is a big champion of the Stop:Reset programme for this very reason!
